Lithia & Driveway is hiring a full-time Receptionist/Dealership Admin for our Audi Millburn location in New Jersey. The role handles front-desk duties, phone inquiries, guest greetings, and basic office tasks while supporting sales administration.

The position offers stability, a professional environment, and pathways to advance within Audi Millburn. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and according to company policies.
• Page employees when requested by customers in person or by phone.
• Transfer calls to the correct person quickly and accurately.
• Take and deliver messages to the appropriate employee.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep the reception desk and showroom clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18 to $20. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
