Position Overview: Are you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our life insurance products. You will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates interested in our life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial goals and insurance needs, explaining options to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations, highlighting product benefits and tailoring messages to client concerns.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
  • Sales Reporting: Record sales activities and client interactions accurately, and prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance: Conduct all activities in line with regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Willing to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is advantageous.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we assist with licensing).
