Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Perform needs assessments, present and explain insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations, tailored to client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, conduct follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare reports for management.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist).
