Work From Home Sales Representative

Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are an experienced sales representative or new to sales, we provide training for all our new agents.

Description

• We help protect families financially if they have a loved one become critically ill or pass away.
• Our services are vital to the families we serve, who have requested information about our programs.
• We work in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, retirement planning for younger clients, and retirement preparation for those nearing retirement.

Duties

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families in person or via video chat to help find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission-only, sole proprietor 1099 sales position. Participants are independent contractors, not employees.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we offer free pre-licensing classes)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad
• Own a computer or tablet with a webcam
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
