Sales Representative (Walls & Hollow Core) - County Prestress & Precast, LLC (Manufacturing)

County Prestress & Precast, LLC manufactures resilient concrete solutions for infrastructure, multifamily housing, and large-scale commercial construction. We seek a Remote Sales Representative for our Walls & Hollow Core Division in the Twin Cities area.

The Sales Representative builds and maintains customer relationships, manages project estimates, proposals, and execution, and ensures customer satisfaction and project success.

Job Duties:
  1. Establish and maintain relations with current and prospective customers.
  2. Monitor resources for project bidding and scheduling.
  3. Coordinate with estimating for accurate project estimates.
  4. Communicate project details internally and externally.
  5. Create proposals and follow up with customers.
  6. Support customer schedules by coordinating internal resources.
  7. Address project scope changes and communicate updates.
  8. Provide critical information to operations regarding delivery and sequencing.
  9. Participate in sales and project management meetings.
  10. Document all commitments and communications.
  11. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
  12. Occasional travel; based in Twin Cities Metro.
Experience & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or 10 years of concrete construction or related experience.
  2. Prefer experience with prestressed concrete girders or structural precast/prestressed concrete.
  3. Strong leadership, construction knowledge, and ability to interpret drawings.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Valid driver’s license with a good record.
  6. PCI certifications are a plus.
