Job summary

MPower Direct in Pittsburgh is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our renewable energy client base. You’ll meet homeowners across the Greater Pittsburgh area, explain energy solutions, enroll customers, and receive hands-on coaching from a high-energy team.

Competitive weekly pay of 800–1200 plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and clear opportunities to advance. We train, support, and promote from within, with President’s Club travel for top performers.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face visits with homeowners to present renewable energy options.
• Sales or customer service experience helpful but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow professionally.
• Authorized to work in the United States, 18+ years old.

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential
• Reliable, positive, and coachable
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Available Monday‑Friday from 1100 AM-800 PM
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required
