MPower Direct is hiring sales-oriented individuals in the Pittsburgh area. You will meet homeowners, present renewable energy solutions, and guide them through enrollment with a focus on customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required as we provide training, coaching, and ongoing support. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend opportunities and a clear path for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions
• Build genuine relationships by having confident, informative conversations that help customers make educated energy decisions
• Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience
• Develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching
• Set personal goals, track your progress, and celebrate your wins as you continue to grow
• Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed
