Job summary

Total Quality Logistics Milwaukee is hiring for an entry-level Sales Representative. No experience required; you will receive paid training in sales and logistics and build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

Compensation features a $40,000–$50,000 base in your first year with uncapped commissions. Our reps often reach six figures after a few years, with strong earning potential and a competitive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
