Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative in Charleston, WV. No experience required; you’ll receive a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll start with 6 months of direct training, earning a base of $40,000–$45,000 in your first year, plus uncapped commissions. Reps average six figures after three years, with top earners surpassing that level.

  • Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
  • Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
  • Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
  • Establish relationships to close new customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
