Total Quality Logistics in Louisville, KY seeks an entry-level Sales Representative to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No prior experience required, with a paid training program in sales and logistics.

You will learn to develop negotiation skills, meet sales metrics, and establish a book of business, with the potential for uncapped commission and six-figure earnings after several years.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to maximize bids.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
