Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives in Columbia, SC. No experience required; you’ll receive 6 months of paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics and immediately begin building your book and earning potential through uncapped commissions.

You’ll negotiate freight deals, manage shipments from pickup to delivery, and develop skills that can drive a six-figure career; compensation starts at $40,000–$50,000 with strong room to grow in a fast-paced in-office

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
