Pioneer Millworks, a national leader in sustainable and reclaimed wood products, is seeking a Texas-based Sales Representative to grow our presence within the architecture, design, and construction communities. This fully remote role requires regular travel throughout Texas and nearby markets to meet with architects, designers, builders, and developers.

We craft premium wood flooring, paneling, siding, and decking from FSC-certified and reclaimed sources in our bicoastal mills in New York and Oregon. Our sales team is the bridge between our high-integrity products and the professionals who bring them to life in custom homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
• Secure new business and grow existing accounts in your territory
• Present our product collections with confidence and fluency in design and technical details
• Work closely with the Director of Sales, and in-house Marketing Team to align regional strategies
• Travel regularly (approx. 50%) for in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits

What You Bring:

• Proven success in product or building materials sales, preferably to the A&D market
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with project timelines, specifications, and construction industry workflows
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Preferred Experience:

• Background in architectural or interior product sales
• Basic knowledge of construction and building design
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Education:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, design, or construction-related fields
