Medical Sales Representative – Advanced Wound Care (Central Texas)

About The Role

Our Health and Medical Solutions team seeks an experienced Medical Sales Representative – Advanced Wound Care. You will manage and grow sales of the Essity Advanced Wound Care product portfolio within your assigned geographic territory, which includes brands like Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed Sorbact, Sorbion, Epiona, Hypafix, and Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales in strategic metropolitan areas, focusing on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, Wound Care Centers, and other healthcare settings.

This remote position covers the Central Texas territory. Candidates should reside in San Antonio and be willing to travel frequently.

What You Will Do

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and competitive conversions across healthcare markets.
  • Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively.
  • Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with clinicians and influence product choices.
  • Execute sales processes efficiently.
  • Implement contracts and penetrate GPO and IDN awards.
  • Maintain and expand existing account penetration.
  • Coordinate opportunities internally and externally.
  • Plan territory and accounts strategically.
  • Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in wound care or surgical markets.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, independent, competitive, strategic, and a team player.
  • Willing to travel overnight, work weekends, and evenings (~25-35%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics recommended.
