Job summary

PepsiCo in Dodge City, KS is seeking a territory salesperson to cover convenience/gas, small grocery, drug and dollar stores, plus large accounts, delivering professional selling and ensuring products are available and properly priced.

You’ll own store communications, upsell and write new orders, manage inventory, and collaborate with Merchandisers to influence in-store displays. The role requires a driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have vehicle to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Periodically lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores so communities can enjoy them, safely and on time.
• Deliver an elevated level of professional selling by owning communications with Store Owners/Managers and other buyers to drive revenue, share, and profit growth.
• Manage all aspects of sales in small format and low‑volume accounts, including upselling, writing new orders, and managing inventory as contracted with each customer.
• In large format and higher‑volume accounts, drive incremental selling initiatives and partner with a pod of Merchandisers to influence in‑store execution, displays, and inventory management.
• Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships to grow customers in the territory, execute local and national initiatives, and ensure product is available, rotated, and priced appropriately
