Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a Territory Sales Associate in Ada, OK to cover convenience/gas, small grocery, drug, and dollar stores, plus larger accounts. You will own communications with store buyers to drive revenue and profit growth, manage orders, and coordinate with Merchandisers for in-store execution.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a full-time role with Monday–Friday workdays and early start times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a vehicle to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Periodically lift up to 40 lbs. while performing work activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary territory salesperson across an assigned geography, covering convenience/gas, small grocery, drug and dollar stores, plus larger accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants.
• Deliver an elevated level of professional selling by owning communications with Store Owners/Managers and other buyers to drive revenue, share, and profit growth.
• Manage all aspects of sales in small format and low‑volume accounts, including upselling, writing new orders, and managing inventory as contracted with each customer.
• In large format and higher‑volume accounts, drive incremental selling initiatives and partner with a pod of Merchandisers to influence in‑store execution, displays, and inventory management.
• Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships to grow customers in the territory, execute local and national initiatives, and ensure product is available, rotated, and priced appropriately.
