What We Do

In support of the Sales strategy for the assigned territory, we develop and retain a quality residential and commercial client base of Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys, and others through new business acquisition and maintenance of existing customers to maximize sales volume and potential market coverage for the division's products and services.

What You'll Do:
  • Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and expand business with existing clients.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from networking, websites, newspapers, directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources; develop and execute a call plan targeting qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and their staff.
  • Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement tailored plans to meet those needs.
  • Increase visibility in your marketing area by attending industry functions and participating in community and real estate events.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and support sales efforts.
  • Create, adapt, and deliver effective presentations to customer groups, target clients, agents, and others.
  • Interact daily with other departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Escrow branches.
  • Communicate proactively and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Monthly commissions are offered in addition to the annual base salary, with a pay range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

This hiring range is an estimate at the time of posting; actual pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, business needs, and location.
