Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to contact homeowners about roofing and exterior restoration needs. You will build relationships, guide customers through the sales process, and coordinate with internal teams from initial appointment through project completion.

No roofing experience is required, training is provided, and travel within the Castle Rock market is common. Expect a compensation range of $70,000–$200,000+ with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Castle Rock, CO market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

What You’ll Do

• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.
