What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain client relationships, securing new orders and expanding business with existing clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required for local travel
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
