Position Overview

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true work from home position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed from your home office. We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist families with financial protection solutions in areas such as Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Engage with families via in-person meetings or video chats to identify suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training sessions.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; leads are provided.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and tablet with webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
