Join us for the Sales Rep Remote - Hiring Now role at Oak Grove Financial, LLC. This is a work-from-home position offering a commission-only compensation structure. We provide comprehensive training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with clients in person or via video chat to help them find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report sales numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we offer free pre-licensing classes).

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphones, computers, or tablets with a web camera.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.
