Job summary

Weed Man is hiring a Remote Sales Rep to drive growth from home. Enjoy a base hourly wage, uncapped commission, and quarterly bonuses. Joining offers comprehensive paid training, health and retirement benefits, and a clear path for advancement while supporting eco-friendly lawn care solutions.

Work is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule; some spring Saturdays may apply, and leads are provided for outbound engagement. Training starts soon to empower success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of telemarketing experience preferred.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls year-round—no cold calling required.
• Introduce customers to our programs & services.
• Paid training to help you succeed.
• Consistency: Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday overtime in spring.

What We Expect:

Technical Requirements:

• No MacBooks and No Chromebooks (Programs we use don't work with MacBooks)
• Processor needs to be ~2Ghz (4 core - 4 thread)
• 8GB RAM (16GB Preferred)
• Internet must be fiber/cable based, NO Starlink, T-Mobile, AT&T Wirless, personal hotspot, etc.
• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $14/hour, commission, and quarterly bonus (UNCAPPED)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred)
