WM Iowa City LLC is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to support Weed Man’s growth. Earn $40k–$55k+ annually with commission, plus quarterly bonuses; a base hourly wage and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Training classes start soon, and the position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday overtime in spring. You will receive warm leads to contact, perform outbound calls, and introduce customers to Weed Man programs and services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred).
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; no cold calling; warm leads provided.
