- Conduct initial and follow-up calls to prospective leads, addressing and resolving customer concerns
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements through inbound and outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on every call
- Adhere to compliance standards, including Medicare guidelines and HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry, sales, collections, or call center/customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
