A leading company in the paint industry is seeking a Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and drive sales in the multi-family market segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with responsibilities including product demonstrations and strategy development. Sales Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. In this position, you will be responsible for growing sales to the multi-family market segment, which involves products used to maintain properties on an ongoing basis. You will secure new accounts while maintaining existing customer accounts. You will utilize professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls. You'll develop a territory market strategy, conduct product demonstrations, and make competitive product comparisons.
This position is eligible for bonuses based on performance and is subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
