Brown’s Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative/Project Manager to inspect roofs, assess homeowner needs, and prepare proposals. You will coordinate with production, handle insurance communications, and guide customers on material selections. A collaborative team environment and growth opportunities are emphasized.

• Generate accurate project estimates and proposals, coordinating with production.
• Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate claims.
• Assist homeowners in selecting colors and materials for roofing projects.
• Collaborate with team to meet regional, departmental, and company goals.
• Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate reviews.
• Engage in Continuing Professional Education and stay current with trends.
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with initiative.

• Participate in Continuing Professional Education, and stay up to date with industry trends

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary plus Commission
