We value technical mindedness, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team. Travel to customer sites and a valid driver's license are expected as part of this role.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience required; powder coating industry experience a major plus.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid customer relationship management abilities.
• Comfort working with companies of all sizes and diverse teams.
• Ability to understand industrial processes and technical data sheets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
