What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Meeting sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
• Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within assigned territory
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
• Develop business contacts with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, and Attorneys
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to drive brand awareness and support sales strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real Estate industry experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Requires a valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in territory management and customer relationship building
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
