Responsibilities:

  1. Create a list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including generating your own leads.
  2. Perform compelling demos that make prospects feel special.
  3. This is a work-from-home field sales role; local residency is required.
  4. Collaborate across teams to turn sales promises into realities.
  5. Use Atlas, our sales tool, effectively to manage activities.
  6. Understand competitors thoroughly and position Heartland effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Complete mandatory drug screening around the 60th day of employment

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to sell and negotiate at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Self-starter with creativity and flexibility.
  • Experience in cold-calling and canvassing local businesses; success in sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous.
  • Remote field sales role; must reside locally.
  • Opportunities for advancement within the company.
  • W2 employment with benefits including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
  • Expected first-year earnings of $90,000 - $105,000+ based on performance, with uncapped commissions, residuals, and equity.
  • Recognition programs and 401(k) plan available.
