A rapidly growing payments firm is offering an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. You'll focus on selling a range of payment solutions including payment processing, eCommerce tools, payroll, and business insurance. This is a commission-based role—ideal for someone motivated for success, confident in their abilities, and ready to earn based on performance.

Commission Structure (based on deals closed):

  • Option 1: 60% sign-on bonus & 15% residual monthly
  • Option 2: 30% sign-on bonus & 30% residual monthly
  • Option 3: Opt out of sign-on bonus & receive 40% residual monthly

You’ll have the autonomy to choose the structure that aligns with your goals, supported by a world-class leadership team committed to your success. They will provide hands-on training and personalized mentorship to help you excel.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative (Payments):

  • Prospect, close, and set up clients across diverse industries such as industrial parks, automotive, restaurants, florists, etc.
  • Proactively source leads with accounts ranging from small to large
  • Sell and onboard clients to payment solutions
  • Manage full sales cycles including outreach, product pitch, quotes, installation coordination, and account activation
  • Build and maintain your own client portfolio
  • Identify and close opportunities in payment processing, payroll, and business insurance

Requirements for the Sales Representative (Payments):

  • 2+ years in sales, ideally in banking or payment processing
  • Strong hunter skills: self-motivated, proactive, thrives on closing new business
  • Established network or pipeline of qualified leads
  • Strong knowledge of the payments industry
  • Highly efficient and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment
