Responsibilities

• Develop a target list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Perform compelling demos that engage prospects.
• This is a work-from-home, field sales role requiring local residency.

• Utilize our sales tool, Atlas, effectively to manage activities.
• Understand competitors thoroughly and strategize how Heartland can stand out.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a drug screening around the 60th day of employment

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Self-motivated with flexibility and creativity.
• Experience in cold-calling and local business canvassing.
