Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative in Murray, UT to drive growth through door-to-door and in-home sales, building a pipeline and closing deals with homeowners. You will manage inspections, measurements, and product guidance while coordinating with support teams to ensure smooth installations.

Salary is commission-based with paid training, offering uncapped earnings potential and quarterly bonuses as you develop your referral network and sales craft in the Wasatch Front market.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, roofing, windows, siding).
• Proven track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments.
• Comfort on ladders/roofs and working outdoors. - valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.

What You'll Do

Start by knocking doors and building your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing. Reps who establish themselves earn their way into company leads.

Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.

Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners throughout the process.

Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, walking them through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.

Build referral pipeline on top of your canvassing base.

Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.

Your First 60 Days

Your first week is structured training. After that you are in the field, learning hands-on alongside reps who have done this job at a high level. Reps who commit to the process are closing deals and earning commission fast.

What We Handle So You Can Focus on Selling

Our admin, estimating, production, and accounting teams are behind you every step of the way. You have the support to handle insurance jobs, manage your pipeline, and focus on what you do best: being in front of homeowners and closing deals.

You'll DoWell Here If You Have

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing)
• A track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• A valid driver's licenseand reliable vehicle
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you
• Sales or customer facingexperience is a plus, but not a requirement. We have seen people with zero sales background outperform veterans on work ethic alone.
• We will teach you the roofing. You bring the grit.
