What you will do
  • Drive the sale of innovative products designed to address preventable never-events, maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities.
  • Achieve your quota by building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, distributor contacts, and end-users.
  • Become a Sage product expert, working with clinical specialists, nurses, educators, and administrators, and understanding competitors’ offerings to build credibility.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with customers to improve protocols and processes, enhancing outcomes and delivering clinical and financial benefits.
  • Establish yourself as a healthcare consultant by bringing clinical knowledge and insights to your customers.
  • Drive healthcare improvements for customers and patients by solving real problems.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience, with sales or clinical background preferred.
  • Excellent time management, project management, reporting, budgeting, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, P/L management, and field testing.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move, set up, and demonstrate products weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform physical activities like reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements, with the ability to handle various materials.
Mental Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, stress management, conflict resolution, and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, including presenting to large groups.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize and maintain confidentiality with high ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $50,000 plus commission and bonuses, with benefits including health insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and more. Role may require vaccination as per customer access requirements.
