Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. You will engage buyers, explain the building and financing processes, and guide them toward a successful closing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside-outside sales, preferably in new home construction, and a background in business/marketing. Saturdays are required; real estate license is not required. Excellent earning potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• The position requires knowledge of sales typically gained through completion of a Bachelor's Degree or Associates (Business, Marketing)
• Exposure to the construction field-operations environment is desirable (e.g., Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager)
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, sales, and closing techniques
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and team-player skills
• Real estate license not required or preferred
• Respond to lead-calls and meet potential customers
• Follow up on homeowner design ideas with construction team to meet customized plans
• Review plans with customers and coordinate with banks to close loans/finances
• 5 days per week schedule, Saturdays required

• Qualify buyers financially through understanding finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits
• 5 days / week work schedule ( Saturdays required)

Sales Representative- New Home Sales

Seeking a qualified sales executive to augment this growing business in Katy,TX.
The selected candidate must have a proven track record in new home construction (AND) sales experience (for construction, or supplier / materials industry, etc) and strong business development background for serious consideration.
We are open to past construction managers (or assistant Superintendents) that wish to transition into a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale-utilizing objection handling processes.
• Create appropriate urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete and accurate demographic information and follow up as often as possible with prospective buyers.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at time of purchase agreement.
• Guide buyers through the mortgage process, lot purchase, sale of current home, home finishes selections process and building process to a successful closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and support for others on the sales team through sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices.
• Utilizing effective and proven Sales Processes to build rapport and discover buyer's needs, ability to buy, and timing.
• Differentiate our homes by effectively presenting our building process. In demonstrating the value of our homes, you will need to focus on the buyers needs.
• Financially qualify buyers through a complete understanding of finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.

Requirements

• The position requires knowledge of sales typically gained through completion of a Bachelor's Degree or Associates (Business, Marketing, etc).
• Further, it is highly desirable for candidates for this position to possess some exposure to the construction field-operations environment (as a Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager, etc).
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, (within new construction home sales experience preferred).
• Be familiar with the sales fundamentals related to prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• This position requires well-developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and team player skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred
• Respond to Lead-Calls and meeting potential customers
• Follow up on homeowner design ideas and work with construction team to meet those customized plans
• Review Plans with customer and work with Banks to close loans / finances.
• 5 days / week work schedule ( Saturdays required).
