What You Do

As a sales representative in our Sports Medicine specialty, you’ll be the face of Stryker products. Your responsibilities include preparing and leading sales pitches, participating in trade shows, analyzing market territories, managing inventory reports, negotiating prices, and solving product problems. You will educate and inform healthcare professionals about our products, often in clinical settings, and have the flexibility to focus on high-value activities daily. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient care significantly and represent a leading medical device brand.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (five years of sales or medical experience).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Attributes include confident communication, networking, strategic closing skills, subject matter expertise, persistence, and a passion for improving healthcare.
