You’ll start with paid licensing and training, and have the opportunity to grow your business with an existing book of clients. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory with an established book of business.
  • Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities.
  • Collect premiums, respond to service requests, and maintain records.
Expectations for Agents:
  • Grow the agency size.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Dedicate necessary time to responsibilities.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to visit customers door-to-door.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance.
  • Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
Preparation:
  • Licensing assistance and guidance.
  • Basic training including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
  • On-the-job training with earning potential.
