Responsibilities

• Manage a territory with an established book of business.
• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Collect premiums from policyholders as scheduled.
• Respond promptly to service requests like beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Keep accurate records, manage money collected, and process paperwork.

Expectations for Agents

• Grow the agency size.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Dedicate sufficient time to responsibilities.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to visit customers door-to-door.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
• Reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preparation

• Assistance with licensing exams.
• Basic training including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
• On-the-job training with earning potential.
