Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory with an existing book of business.
• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Collect premiums as scheduled.
• Respond to service requests like beneficiary changes, claims, loans.
• Maintain accurate records and process paperwork.

Expectations for Agents

• Grow agency size.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Dedicate necessary time to responsibilities.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preparation & Training

• Assistance with licensing exams.
• Basic development program: self-study, classroom, role-play, fieldwork.
• On-the-job training with earning potential.
