Job summary

5C Company is seeking a Sales Representative to drive customer service and sales through pages and CRM systems, focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and loyalty. You will guide clients from product presentation to final purchase, following scripts to be persuasive and clear.

Requirements include high school completion, fluent English, strong writing, and fast typing. This is a 100% remote role with a 3X1 schedule; compensation includes an hourly rate and a commission on sales.

Qualifications

This position is open to candidates based in LATAM. The Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales through pages and/or CRM systems (auxiliary) for models , focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The role involves offering products, resolving customer doubts, and guiding the client until the purchase is finalized, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What you will do:

• Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.
• Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.
• Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.

Requirements:

• Complete High School education (in-progress Higher Education is a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Good writing skills and fast typing.
• Familiarity with service platforms and mastery of digital tools and management systems.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.

Work model: 100% Remote (Home Office)

Schedule: We operate a 3X1 schedule (3 consecutive work days followed by 1 day off)

Compensation: $2.00 USD per hour

Commission: 3.5%-5.5% commission on sales
