Job summary

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City. You will become a subject matter expert on Treace products and partner with surgeons and operating room teams to drive optimal patient outcomes.

You will build new relationships, follow up on leads, and coordinate product training while collaborating with marketing to shape product design. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of field sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.

• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company leads, and drive customer conversion.

• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to grow sales and ensure service continuity.

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will:

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
