The base pay range is $55,000 to $75,000 per year, with potential earnings up to $85,000+ for top performers in subsequent years. Starting salary typically begins at $45,000 with opportunities for growth.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate products. This role offers paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and a remote work environment with no cold calls.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in different environments and schedules.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required after hire, with paid training included.

Position Details
