We believe talented sales professionals are often underpaid because they're in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We seek top talent, develop them into highly trained closers, and enable them to reach new earning levels through high ticket sales with WFS Group. Key elements for maximizing earning potential include high quality leads, deal velocity, high sales price, short sales cycle, strong commission structure, and solid systems & training — all provided by us.

Position Overview

We seek top performing sales professionals who thrive on inbound leads and closing deals. This is primarily an inbound role, but we value proactive closers who can follow up on additional opportunities. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, ambitious, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Increase product knowledge via sales training
  • Participate in daily sales meetings
  • Follow WFS selling framework
  • Engage in discovery dialogues to identify client needs
  • Build relationships using a consultative approach
  • Deliver persuasive presentations via Zoom
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Use CRM effectively for sales activities
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless sales process

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of high ticket or consultative sales experience
  • Effective communication skills

  • CRM experience
