Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Description

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for licensing (16 weeks for licensed, 18 weeks for unlicensed).
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls; all leads are warm.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Effective communication with prospects and customers.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient with PC and typing skills.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire (training includes licensing).
