The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.

  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits start from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for at least 12 months before considering another shift.
  • All equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace at home with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
