Randy Hiley moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1967 to work for his uncle, Dub Shaw, a Fort Worth Ford Dealer. Hiley Hyundai West is seeking sales representatives. Sales are on the rise and we need proven salespeople to serve our customers. You willbe joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivatedexecutive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantasticcommunity reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIREDfor this position, we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present new and pre-owned vehicles to potential clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
