Capturable, a US-based AI film studio, is building its first sales team and seeks a full-time Sales Representative to work remotely from the US. You will demo the product over video calls, close deals, and log activity in the built-in sales console.

This role offers base pay of $7.25 per hour (federal minimum wage) with uncapped commission and paid training from day one. You must be located in a state with minimum wage applicability and have strong spoken English and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and phone presence.
• 1+ year in sales, call-center outbound, or appointment setting (SaaS a plus).
• Quiet home office, 25+ Mbps internet, quality headset.
• Immediate start preferred.

About Capturable

Capturable is a US-based AI film studio: our own video model (Capturable Gen 2), a full editing suite, and marketing automation — launched July 2026. We're building our first sales team to own revenue end-to-end.

The role

You run the whole cycle — no hand-offs:

• Demo the product over video call to interested prospects.
• Close — from first conversation to paid subscription.
• Log everything in our built-in sales console (calls, follow-ups, and bookings are tracked for you).

Schedule

Full-time, US business hours, Monday–Friday. Fully remote.

Compensation

• Base: $7.25/hr (federal minimum wage; ≈ $1,250/month at 40 hrs), paid as a W-2 employee
• Uncapped commission on closed revenue — commission is where the money is; strong reps should earn a multiple of base
• Paid training from day 1

This role is open to residents of states where the federal minimum wage applies (no higher state minimum), currently: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
