You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and work toward decisions while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude.

The position emphasizes strong communication, rapid learning, and consistent performance in a structured environment, with a 40-hour workweek including Saturdays and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations with customers to understand needs and guide decisions.
• Ask follow-up questions to keep conversations productive and uncover decision points.
• Explain financial solutions and guide customers through money-related conversations.
• Overcome hesitation or objections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
