Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing sales professional to grow with our Texas team. You will engage with customers, ask insightful questions, overcome objections, and guide them through financial conversations as part of a fast-paced environment.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money. A strong communicator with coaching mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Role is customer-facing and performance-driven.
• Involves inbound and outbound conversations with customers.
• Ask follow-up questions and guide decisions including financial conversations.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.
