Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring entry-level sales in Tampa. You’ll participate in a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, with a base compensation of $40,000–$50,000 in your first year and uncapped commission potential.

No experience is required to start and you’ll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. Your success can lead to six-figure earnings after a few years, with a clear leadership path and a robust benefits

• In-office, Tampa, Florida environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help customers by finding carriers and managing daily freight operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling; build your book of customers.
• Close new business by establishing relationships with customers and carriers.

What you'll do:

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
