Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring for an entry-level Sales Representative in Houston, TX. You will undergo a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, building relationships and negotiating freight deals from pickup to delivery.

No prior experience is required, with a minimum first-year compensation of $40,000–$50,000 based on education, plus uncapped commissions and a clear path to six-figure earnings after a few years.

• Establish relationships to close new customers and meet sales metrics for commissions.

What you'll do:

• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
