Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring entry level Sales Representatives in Charleston, SC. You will receive six months of hands-on training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and work to solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations from pickup to delivery.

With 45k–55k in base earnings first year and uncapped commissions, top performers reach six figures in a few years. This is a 100% in-office role with strong growth, benefits, and relocation options to Cincinnati.

What you'll do:

• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
